My baby boy turned one on April 8th. We love our sweet little buddy. He is such a snuggle bug. He likes to be hugged and cuddled. But only for a minute, then he wants to go. He is really getting around now. He is so fast. If he hears the door open, he is trying to get out and I have to run to catch him!
At his one year check-up, he was 27 pounds 4 ounces (don't remember the inches), but h's 95th%ile in weight and off the charts (above 97th %ile for height)! He's a big boy and is probably going to be tall.
He loves his sisters and wants to be in on whatever it is that they're doing. The girls love him to pieces. Emma will hug him and say, "I love you the best, Will." But when he is tearing apart their doll house or ripping up their drawings, they're not so friendly with him.
Will loves all electronics. Especially laptops and cell phones.
He is a great eater. He loves lots of fruits (especially bananas) and veggies (favorite is green beans). He has made the transition to sippy cup and whole milk very easily. I remember that both of the girls didn't like it at first and spit it out, but Will drank it up! One week before his 1s birthday, I was concerned, b/c he was still waking up in the middle of the night for a bottle. But the next day, he slept through the night and has been ever since (knock on wood)!
He has a good sense of humor and has a fake laugh that he does whenever he hears someone laughing. It cracks us up! He also likes to peek around the corner and go back over and over to play peek-a-boo.
He is intrigued by animals. He stops what he is doing when he hears a bird chirping or a dog barking. But doesn't like any animals that get too close.
He loves cars and trucks. He likes to throw balls. He likes to "wrestle". He LOVES to eat! He is a boy for sure!
