Happy 2nd Birthday, Will!

Will turned two years old on April 8th. He has grown and learned so much over the past year.

We love this little guy more than we ever thought we could!

Here are some recent pictures and facts about our big 2 year old!

He loves puzzles, cars, trucks, trains, balls, and anything with wheels (and now sleeps with his cars).

He is talking in 2-3 word phrases, he can jump high, run fast, ride a 3-wheeler scooter, and do so much more!

He does not like dogs, getting "boo-boos", or sharing his toys.

He is also quite the picky eater. I offer him the same foods at dinner that I give everyone else. He just won't eat it. I assume that if I keep giving it to him, he will eventually try it and like it. He will eat almost any snack or breakfast food: cereal, waffles, fruit, toast, etc. But when it comes to lunch and dinner...it's quite a struggle (no PB&J, no grilled cheese sandwich, no mac-n-cheese, no spaghettios) . He does love cheese pizza, though...and sometimes chicken nuggets... :-/

He loves when his Daddy comes home and doesn't want me to do anything for him when Adam's around. Well, at least it gives me a break! He always wants Adam to brush his teeth and put him bed when he's home (and the picture below will show you why he likes Daddy to put him to bed). He misses his Daddy when he's at work.

He's finally loving nursery at church. My grandfather (Paw-Paw) usually walks him in now. For about 4 months or so, he did not want to go to nursery. As soon as the closing prayer was over and we'd get up to go, he would start crying and clinging onto me. Then when Adam would drop him off, he would scream and stand by the door the whole time. But one Sunday, as I was getting up, he smiled and said "bye Mommy". And that was it. He decided he wanted to go and loves it now! I'm SO relieved!

He's a very good boy and only occasionally mischievous. I really don't have to worry about him getting into a lot, although, sometimes he surprises me! :)

He loves being outside and going to the park.

He loves his big sisters. He knows they take good care of him.

Since he started talking, he has called Emma by her name, but Ellie was harder to say, so he calls her "Sissy". It's always, "Emma and Sissy"

Sometimes he wants his Sissy to help him brush his teeth.

He loves playing with friends.
