Adam and I celebrated our 8th anniversary on June 28th, 2011. I surprised him with an overnight trip to Asheville, NC to see the Biltmore House. We had a wonderful time! This was our first overnight trip alone since our honeymoon. I really enjoyed the time we had and were able to spend focusing on our relationship. It was strange to not have any children to take care of. I am so thankful for mom and dad for keeping the kids for us. I had to remind myself a couple of times to relax, because I felt like I had something I needed to get up and do. It was such a nice little get-away! Here are a few pictures.
