Open House/First Day of School

Emma started 3rd grade and Ellie is in 2nd. They seem to have good teachers. Here are a couple pics from open house.

Emma's teacher is Mrs. Schaefer and is out for 6 weeks since she just had a baby. Her long term sub is Mrs. Loudermilk and is a retired teacher. I hope they have good year.

Ellie's teacher's name is Mrs. Baker. She has a tiger-themed classroom known as "Tiger Town". It was so cute, after open house, Emma told Ellie, "You're going to LOVE Tiger Town, Ellie".

Last year after open house, we ate at pizza hut, and decided to do that again. I think we'll make that a tradition.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

Will wanted his picture taken, too. He likes to be included in everything now. After the girls' got their father's blessing, Will hopped in the seat because he wanted his turn, too!
