When he asked her what she wanted for Christmas, she said "fairies" and was happy, but when they got off Santa's lap, he handed them each a small stuffed toy (her's was a reindeer) and she just burst out in tears and ran to me. I asked her what was wrong and she said, "I told him I wanted fairies and he gave me a deer...waaahhh!" I tried to explain that on Christmas, he would bring her fairies, but she didn't get it. LOL

With Ellie being my little "scaredy-cat", I am surprised she sat w/ Santa and actually spoke to him!

The story about the fairies and deer cracked me up! "Why did he ask me what I wanted if he was only gonna give me this stinkin' deer?!" Where did Emma learn those moves? Too funny! And once again, scary Santa. Too much make-up.
Lol, that was adorable. I love Emma, she's so creative, she's gonna do something in the arts one day.
Ellie is getting so brave! I am proud of her for sitting with Santa! What a cute story with the deer....you need to write it down. Love you all, Mom
