Kicking Summer off with a BANG!

Backtracking a bit here.....

We started out the summer with some fun activities! The kids' last day of school was Thursday, May, 18th. On Friday, Andrea invited us over for a water party.

First we ate lunch

She had a sprinkler going,

a baby pool,

water table, water toys,

and a homemade water slide!

Ali made some ice cream out of Nutella and bananas! It was really good.

Adam took Will on his first Father/Son camp out on Friday also.

Will had a blast and keeps asking to go camping again!

I ran my first 5K with my friend Allison

It was a goal I accomplished!

Then, the next Monday, we got free tickets to INK (Interactive Neighborhood for Kids)

I saw that INK posted on Facebook that the first 50 people to email will get free tickets on Monday

They were trying to increase attendance because...

Fox 5 news was there

The kids were on the news!

The camera man got a good shot of Will putting mustard on his food.

And the girls were walking back and forth playing in the diner.

Considering it's $8 per person (even adults have to pay), we were excited to go and they had a fun day!
